For two years we have been a staple on the Seattle "pop-up" food scene - a group of chefs that serve up a once-monthly menu by popping up in a host restaurant. Finally, we have found a place to call home! Beginning April 20th, 2015, we will be serving up delectable congee and curiously delicious Asian cuisine. You can find us at 88 Yesler Way in Pioneer Square, just across from the Underground Tour.
**Please note that Kraken Congee only accepts reservations for parties of 6 or more. Additionally, we can only guarantee the 10 seat communal table to parties that have made a reservation.**
Since the Spring of 2013, we have been merging the beloved Southeast Asian dish "congee" with different haute cuisine elements from duck confit and Spanish bistec to our award-winning pork belly Adobo and beyond.
